The dishes are prepared right before your eyes by the “Next Generation,” a group of young chefs from the Upper Black Forest. With passion and creativity, these young chefs craft a menu that blends Upper Black Forest ingredients with modern culinary artistry. Each course is paired with selected wines from Generation Pinot.

While Freiburg passes by outside, you’ll immerse yourself in the culinary delights of the Upper Black Forest inside the tram. A special stop, including a short guided tour, offers fascinating insights into the history of Freiburg’s trams.

- Due to the specific conditions on site, we are unable to accommodate individual requests—such as those related to allergies or food intolerances. There are two menu options to choose from: classic or vegetarian.
- The venue is not wheelchair-accessible.
- Tables for 2 and 4 people are available. Larger groups will therefore need to be seated at multiple tables. However, we will do our best to seat people from the same reservation as close together as possible so that the group can sit together as much as possible.
