Hand and foot massage for two

There are reflex zones on our hands and feet that can be gently stimulated. This results in soothing relaxation and circulation. The partners learn a clear and effective massage that they can practise and try out on each other. A script on the reflex zones is included in the course. Note: Registration only possible in pairs. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, (hand) towel to cover the mat, warm socks, blanket if necessary and writing materials.
