Located in the heart of the Vauban model neighborhood, the Green City Hotel Vauban is a modern 3-star superior hotel with 48 rooms and one suite. The green facades, covered with climbing plants, provide natural cooling in the summer and thermal insulation in the winter. Photovoltaic systems, a local district heating system, and capillary heating mats are used for energy supply and heating. As an inclusive social enterprise, people with and without disabilities work on an equal footing; about 10 of the employees have a disability. Three accessible rooms and a conference room equipped with an induction loop round out the inclusive concept.
