Guided tour: From Roman girl to matron

The guided tour at the archaeological museum "Colombischlössle" is all about women in ancient Rome. What was the life of a free-born Roman girl like and what made her a matron, a "perfect" wife? Social concepts of female appearance such as cosmetics and fashion played a major role in this.
