FreeWine 2025

On Saturday, 22 November 2025, the Genussenschaft is organizing the natural wine fair "FreiWein" for the third time from 1 pm to 6.30 pm in the Bürgerhaus Seepark in Freiburg. 40 winemakers will be presenting their wines at this natural wine fair and will be on hand to answer any questions the public may have about these delicious wines. All wines are produced according to clear, transparent natural wine principles.

Experience natural wine - healthy, honest and sustainable

Visitors can look forward to a wide variety of natural wines, all produced according to clear, transparent principles. The grapes come from organic cultivation or are in the process of being converted to organic cultivation - and are of course harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place without additives, using only the natural yeasts found on the grapes. Elaborate technical processes are avoided so that the wine remains as close as possible to its origin. The sulphur content is also deliberately kept very low (maximum 50 mg/l after bottling). In this way, FreiWein sets an example for honest food that respects the environment and nature - and makes this pleasure a responsible experience for everyone.

The entrance fee is 20 euros. Tickets are available in advance at genussenschaft.org and at the box office.
