Excursion: The world of lichens

Some of you may have already noticed them on a tree as a beard, on a rock as a crust or glowing yellow on an iron gate. On a short tour, you will learn lots of interesting facts about the life of lichens, their appearance and their amazing abilities.

Meeting point: Old Wiehre railway station in front of the KoKi. Please dress warmly and weatherproof according to the weather.

Speaker: Elisabeth Link, lichenologist and hiking guide | minimum age 12 years, accompanied by an adult | free of charge | no registration required
