When Wolfram Siebeck, the nation's taster, died ten years ago, he left behind, among other things, a large number of witty and elegant glosses and columns, with which he wanted to introduce Germans to a more tasteful relationship with food through his cookbooks over the decades. Now the Freiburg gastronomy journalist Christoph Wirtz has published a lovingly critical portrait of Wolfram Siebeck. We will be presenting the book on this evening together with the author and suitable culinary delights.
