With REQUIEM, our Swiss neighbors are coming to ArTik for the first time, even though the connection between the band and Harald has existed practically as long as REQUIEM and SKULLCRUSHER have been around: The Swiss death metal band REQUIEM formed in 1997, and for 30 damn solid years since then, they’ve stood for top-notch old-school death metal.

That’s their credo—that’s exactly what you can expect from a REQUIEM show. The band is seasoned to the core and still hungry, of course. They’ve already torn through over 800 live shows, released seven studio albums, and just finished their eighth, which means you’re sure to get to enjoy some brand-new material as well.
MY DARKEST HATE graces us with perhaps the most massive force Baden-Württemberg has to offer. Anyone who’s seen these guys at the SkullCrusher Fest knows what brutal death metal groove power looks and sounds like when it’s in top form. With six albums under their belt—including their incredibly strong comeback album *Rust And Bones*—these guys have the very best reasons to start tearing things down at ArTik right away, before the bulldozers roll in back in August 2027.
