The Freiburg Christmas Circus Circolo offers a festive circus experience for the whole family from 19 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. Look forward to a top international program with award-winning artists, which the Mack family has put together with great passion and a flair for the extraordinary. Breathtaking acrobatics, poetic images, crazy comedy and rousing music merge into a feast for all the senses.

Headstands, obstacle jumps and human pyramids on a double rope are adventurous and impressive. The Mesa Group's performance at lofty heights takes your breath away. With the four artists from Colombia, a spectacular high-wire show is back at the Circolo Christmas Circus for the first time in a while.

The two diabolo artists, stand-up comedians and jugglers Benny & Max amaze the audience with their extraordinary tricks and rapid speed. Since winning the title of "Diabolo World Champion", all doors have been open to the jack-of-all-trades duo. When gentle rain falls in the ring, the Ukrainian aerial acrobatics duo Rain unleashes all its poetry and creates images full of grace and emotion.

The Flying Stars from Chile delight with a breathtaking performance on the trapeze. The Selfmade Superheroes get the circus tent bubbling with their breakdance show and pole performances.

Florian Blümel also shows international class with his award-winning artistic bike act. On just one bike, he combines extreme difficulty, elegance and excitement - a performance that has thrilled audiences around the world and is now captivating the Freiburg audience. Mr. & Mrs. Strange provide charming and bizarre surprises: comedy dances between magic, acting and juggling and leads to wonderfully absurd moments.

Conférencière Julica Goldschmidt leads through the show charmingly and with a twinkle in her eye. The artists are accompanied musically by the legendary Circolo Orchestra, which gives the performances a very special touch.
