Creative craft beers are also based on beer styles with a long tradition. We will delve into this diverse sensory universe in theory and practice and look at the history and differentiation of international beer styles, as well as the criteria for assessing beers. We will taste the raw materials hops, malt and yeast and learn why these three ingredients can be used to brew such diverse beers.

We will taste 8 tasting portions and serve cold snacks.

In terms of content, we look at what the craft beer market currently has to offer, supplemented with seasonal beers and international beer styles.
