Winemaker and viticultural technician Edwin Baumann can certainly be described as an expert in Burgundy grapes. 70 percent of the Baumann winery's acreage is planted with the popular grape varieties: whether Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris or Pinot Noir - the high-quality wines are ideal accompaniments for fine dining.
Expert for Burgundy on the Tuniberg However, the long-established family business is not only specialized in Burgundy vines. Müller-Thurgau and noble varieties such as Gewürztraminer and Muskateller are also cultivated in the sunny vineyards of the Tuniberg. The winery attaches particular importance to environmentally friendly cultivation to ensure an ecological balance between the vines and the surrounding nature. Sparkling wines, schnapps and liqueurs complete the Baumann winery's range and can be sampled during a wine tasting on site.
