Ar an Talamh is one of the most interesting and established acts on the contemporary Italian Celtic folk scene. Founded by singer and multi-instrumentalist Caterina Sangineto - the daughter of renowned harp maker Michele Sangineto - the group now performs as a quartet of top musicians with profound international experience.

The band's name - Ar an Talamh, means "On the Earth" in Irish Gaelic and sums up their artistic vision: a deep rootedness in Celtic traditions, reinterpreted with contemporary sensibility, creativity and a distinctive sound.
