20th Schauinsland King - 2026

The Schauinslandkönig has been held on Freiburg’s local mountain, the Schauinsland, since 2007 and has established itself as Germany’s largest and most popular mountain time trial.

A race for everyone—participation is open to all types of bikes, with categories for road bikes, folding bikes, unicycles, tandems, child bike trailers, recumbent bikes, hand bikes, roller skis, inline skates, longboards, teams, and para-athletes.

As part of the Schauinslandkönig on July 19, 2026, the following events will take place:

• Para-Cycling Action Day organized by the German Disabled Sports Association
• DowninsLänd Longboard Freeride with the Freiburg Longboard Club
• Baden-Württemberg Inline Cup with the Baden-Württemberg Inline Association
