Cuban Zumba, also known as Rumba Cubana, is a dynamic blend of traditional Cuban rhythms and dance styles, combined with elements of fitness training. It is more than just a dance form; it is a cultural expression based on the Afro-Cuban roots of rumba, while providing a fun and sweat-inducing aerobic workout.
On Saturday, September 20, Zumba classes will take place as part of the all-day music flea market program.
