Sushi

We prepare everything step by step from the rice to the filling (with vegetables, eggs, raw and smoked fish, meat). We make various maki sushi, shape nigiri sushi and cook a miso soup. This is not difficult and is pleasing to the eye and palate. Please bring your own: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers.
