A free-swinging, healthy voice is not a question of age, but a question of the right training. Countless muscles, lungs, heart, our whole body is involved in singing. And muscles can be trained for a lifetime. Singing engages and releases emotions - our soul also sings along. Singing promotes health and self-confidence. Through the targeted use of voice training and physical exercises, e.g. with elastic bands, we activate the elasticity and resilience of the muscles required for vocalization (including the speaking voice). By working on breathing, vowels and consonants, our aim is to (re)gain confidence in our innate instrument, the voice, and to be able to use it with pleasure. - Please bring: comfortable clothing and flat shoes, your own thera/elastic band, hand mirror and possibly a hedgehog or small ball (to crumple in your hand).
