Skateboard course for women - full body workout on four wheels

In this workshop, you will learn the technical details of the skateboard and the basics of skateboarding. This includes correct positioning on the skateboard, diving in, the first turns and fall prevention. Balance, coordination and the core and leg muscles are trained and developed. Depending on your ability, you will try riding on different terrains on the flat and on/over ramps. Note: Some rental boards can be borrowed directly from the instructor on site for an additional fee of €6. In case of bad weather, the course will be postponed to the following Sunday. - Please bring your own: Helmet, protectors (knee, elbow, wrist) and skateboard.
