Shiatsu is a holistic manual treatment method that is both relaxing and invigorating. Shiatsu uses touch, movement, stretching and visualization to harmonize the flow of Ki (the "life energy") in mindfulness. In the workshop, participants learn the method with self-treatments and exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life. - Please bring along: Comfortable clothing, socks, a large cloth for the mat and a blanket. A handout for the course can be purchased from the instructor for €2.50 on request.
