Fruit Tree Pruning Course: Theory and Hands-On Session
In the Ökostation’s orchard meadow, participants learn the basics of fruit tree pruning, both in theory and in practice. Fruit tree specialist Andreas Breisinger teaches the most important techniques—from planting pruning to maintenance pruning. The course begins on Friday evening with a review of the theoretical basics over a cup of hot tea. On Saturday, it’s time for hands-on practice: Together, participants will practice planting pruning techniques and plant a young fruit tree in the Ökostation’s outdoor grounds.
Theory on Friday, Jan. 29, 27: 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Hands-on session on Saturday, January 30, 27: 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
