Meal preparing - How I cook once for the whole week
Instagram and Pinterest are full of highly motivated foodies who leave nothing to chance during their lunch break. Before the week begins, they slice, roll and wrap up what just needs to be put in the bag and eaten in their hectic everyday lives. We think it's great - one less stress factor and more time for the essentials! The idea of Meal Prep is to cook for several days at once when you're already there. This doesn't mean that you have to eat only stew for a week. If you prepare chili, for example, you can leave a little for the filling of a wrap or use it to season a hearty pasta salad. Then all you have to do is fill the food into jars or tins for lunchtime and your Sunday afternoon meal prep project is complete.
