Guided tours

Cultural break: About the memorial room in the DZNS

During a short guided tour, Julia Wolrab, Scientific Director of the Documentation Center for National Socialism, will talk about the creation and concept of the memorial room at the DZNS. The memorial room in the covered inner courtyard is dedicated to all Freiburg residents who were persecuted under National Socialism. More than 1000 people who were murdered or died in the context of persecution between 1933 and 1945 are visible here by name. Participation is free of charge. The number of participants is limited. It is necessary to book a free event ticket in the online store.
