Singing bowl experience for couples

The gentle sounds of the singing bowls invite you to pause and explore the processes of listening. In a relaxed atmosphere, this course offers couples the opportunity to calm down together and discover the effect of sounds on their own well-being and their relationship. Singing bowls can help to release tension, promote communication and strengthen togetherness. In addition to theoretical impulses on the effect and application of the sounds, the focus is on practical exercises. A short sound journey rounds off the event. Participants will take away inspiration and individual ways in which sound can have a beneficial effect in everyday life. The course starts on time, so please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course. Please only register in pairs. - Please bring: comfortable warm clothing, a cloth to cover the mat, a blanket to cover yourself and possibly a small pillow.
