In a world that is often characterized by pressure, speed and tension, Dance Fight Grow provides a conscious counter-impulse: here, empowerment does not mean "doing even more", but feeling deeper into yourself, letting go - and coming out of this inner expanse into your strength and authenticity. This unique method combines contemporary dance, stick fighting, contact improvisation and principles from bodywork and mindfulness. In a protected space, movements are created that are not "right" or "wrong", but genuine. You learn to feel yourself better, to perceive and set boundaries - and to cross them with ease. Letting go means not holding on and letting yourself be. Through targeted relaxation and mindful movement, your body not only becomes more flexible and alive - your mind also becomes clearer.
