Nobody wants to miss out on this bargain: An 80 square meter apartment in the old town, top location, generously proportioned and for 1050 euros warm. Nobody can turn down an offer like that these days.

And so they all come to view the apartment: The arrogant app millionaire, desperate nursing staff, the mother looking for a place for her pregnant daughter, as well as the couple who have long since separated and are only still living together due to a lack of alternatives.

Although no one begrudges the other anything here, they all quickly agree that there must be a catch. And then there's the estate agent, with whom something is also very wrong.
