Paris at the beginning of the 20th century: the great Parisian salons set the tone for an intense artistic life. Writers, composers and painters inspired each other, all driven by a common desire to transcend boundaries and genres, to break free from conventions and discover new forms of expression.
In this effervescence, the paths of Ravel, Debussy, Boulanger and Poulenc cross with the extraordinary fate of a woman and artist whose thirst for freedom cannot be quenched: Colette. An encounter that will change the course of her life and produce masterpieces of music and literature.
A writer, but also a variety artist and journalist, Colette became a music critic for the newspaper "Gil Blas" alongside Debussy and wrote the libretto for the lyrical fantasy "L'enfant et les sortilèges", for which Ravel composed the music.
