Boulderkitchen Freiburg is one of the region’s well-established bouldering gyms and, with a floor space of approximately 1,800 m², offers a wide variety of climbing options for beginners and experienced boulderers alike. With about 350 boulder problems of varying difficulty levels and different wall angles, the gym offers a diverse athletic experience that combines technique, strength, and movement.
Facilities include a spacious training area with a campus board and Beastmakers, a separate room for warming up and stretching, and a Kilterboard where individual boulder problems can be practiced digitally. The soft flooring throughout ensures a comfortable environment for bouldering.
In addition to the sport itself, the focus is also on creating a pleasant atmosphere. A lounge and plenty of seating invite you to take a break between climbing sessions. The counter offers coffee, snacks, and a variety of pizzas, tarte flambée, and beverages.
The gym is located in the southern part of Freiburg near the “Munzinger Straße” stop and is therefore easily accessible by public transportation. Special packages are available for families, children’s groups, school classes, and birthday parties.
