Solar Settlement & Sun Ship

Built according to passive house specification, with a photovoltaic system installed on the roof, and with natural air-conditioning, the Solar Ship and the Solar Settlement are plus-energy constructions. Put simply, that means that they produce more energy than they use. What‘s more, the Sun Ship is a wonderful example of a multiple-use building: apartments, businesses and shops can all be found here.
