Baumann Vineyard

Vintner and wine-growing technician Edwin Baumann can absolutely be designated an expert in Burgundy vines. Seventy percent of the cultivation area of the Baumann Vineyard is equipped with this popular type of vine: Whether pinot blanc, pinot gris, or pinot noir – these high-quality wines are the ideal accompaniment for elevated cuisine.

But the long-established family business doesn't just specialize in Burgundy grapes. Müller-Thurgau and noble varieties like Gewürztraminer and muscatel are also cultivated in the sunny grounds of the Tuniberg. The vineyard places special importance on environmentally friendly cultivation for ecological balance between the vines and the surrounding natural landscape.

Champagne, schnapps, and liqueurs round off the Baumann Vineyard’s product range and can be savored at an on site wine tasting.
