Pure, natural wines from certified ecological cultivation – that is what Jürgen Landmann, who took over his parents’ family business in 1995, stands for. Memories of his childhood moved him to focus on quality over quantity in wine-making, as his parents wouldn't allow him to play between the vines – due to the poisonous sprays.
Organic wines from Waltershofen
Low yields for optimum quality and consistent, organic cultivation according to Bioland guidelines ensure excellent products. The vines of the Landmann Vineyard also thrive on millions of Jurassic deposits on the Tuniberg hill, one of the warmest regions in Germany. The local climate is comparable to the Loire or Alsace regions in France.
Premium restaurants like the Landhaus Scherrer in Hamburg have long since been won over by the fine vintages and now pour wines by Jürgen Landmann.
