The 40 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Upon request, you can use a washing machine, dryer, baby cot, and high chair. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a balcony. A shared garden with barbecue and playground is also available for you. Fallow deer live in an enclosure on the property and sometimes come close to the house. Parking is available on the premises. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The apartment is step-free inside and offers storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Homemade products such as schnapps, liqueurs, and game are offered. Waste separation guidelines will be explained to you on site.
