Public transport is within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the house for communal use. For guests arriving by car, free and spacious parking is available. An elevator takes you comfortably directly to your floor. With the guest card, you can use public transport free of charge. Accommodation policies: Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. You will receive instructions on proper waste separation on site. After booking, please complete the contact form in full and provide your address so that your stay can be optimally prepared. Additional note: In the kindergarten area, taking photos or videos of children is prohibited. Violations may result in expulsion from the premises. From mid-November 2025 to the end of May 2026, there will be renovations in the building, which may cause noise disturbances.

Directions

Please enter Albert-Schweitzer-Straße 5 in 79199 Kirchzarten. Continue straight past the Kirchzarten senior center on the right, down to the parking lot of the apartments. Here you can park for free in a car park. The entrance to the holiday residential complex is located east (behind the entrance to the Spatzennest).

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
