Description

Our holiday apartments are located on a winery in Freiburg, surrounded by our own vineyards. The property is situated on the Tuniberg in a sunny and quiet location on the edge of town – ideal for relaxing. The apartments are suitable for seniors, accessible for people with disabilities, and also perfect for families with children. You can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere with a wonderful view of the vines, the Black Forest, and the Breisgau Bay. Take walks on well-maintained paths through the vineyards or experience nature and romance at the barbecue area. The center of Freiburg-Waltershofen is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers shops for your daily needs. Freiburg’s city center is about 10 km away and easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Wi-Fi and parking are available to you free of charge.

Limitation due to the corona pandemic

Die Wohnungen sind jeweils separat mit getrennten Eingängen zu erreichen.; Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen, separaten Sitzbereich im Freien (Terrasse, Balkon). Es gibt keine Gemeinschaftsräume. Das Ein- und Auschecken kann kontaktlos erfolgen. Auf unserem großen Anwesen gibt es auch im Außenbereich genügend Platz, um Abstand zu halten und sich frei zu bewegen. Gerne sind wir mit genügend Abstand im Außenbereich persönlich ansprechbar, ansonsten aber auch telefonisch erreichbar. Seit jeher ist uns Hygiene und Sauberkeit ein wichtiges Anliegen. In unseren Wohnungen werden nach jedem Aufenthalt die Räume gut gelüftet, alle Oberflächen und die Böden nass gereinigt und viel-benutzte Gegenstände, wie zum Beispiel: Lichtschalter, Fernbedienung desinfiziert. In den Wohnungen mit Geschirrspüler wird das Spülen mit Spülmaschine bei einem Spülgang von mindestens 60° Grad empfohlen. Die gesamte Wäsche wird bei hohen Temperaturen gewaschen. Nach vorheriger Absprache ist die Benutzung des Grillplatzes möglich.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. (on request also at night). On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 10:00 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the key handover.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
