The apartment is located on the third floor of a residential and commercial building directly opposite the former state garden show grounds with its beautiful lake, beer garden, restaurant, park, and miniature golf course. A tram stop is less than 5 minutes away on foot and gets you to the main station, downtown Freiburg, and other highlights like the concert hall in just 10 minutes. Numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby. Neue Messe, the University Hospital, and the motorway are also very close. Freiburg´s immediate surroundings (e.g. Kaiserstuhl, Markgräflerland) and their excursion destinations and culinary offers are well worth a trip in their own right. Directions

Directions by train - Hofackerstraße 78a: From the platform, walk up the stairs to the tram stop. Take tram line 1 towards “Landwasser”. Travel time approximately 7-8 minutes. Get off the tram at “Betzenhauser Torplatz”. Walk in the direction leaving town for about 50 m until you reach the next intersection. Turn right onto “Hofackerstraße”. After about 150 m, you will see House No. 78a on your left. Directions by car - Hofackerstraße 78a: Motorway A5 towards Basel, exit Freiburg-Mitte. Take the feeder road towards Freiburg-Titisee/Neustadt, then take the third exit towards Landwasser - Betzenhausen - Messe. Turn right towards Betzenhausen. At the next light, turn left onto Hofackerstraße. By car coming from Freiburg: Motorway feeder towards the A5, exit Betzenhausen/Lehen. Stay in the exit lane and turn right after Betzenhausen. The next street to your left is Hofackerstraße.

Payment is also possible via bank transfer on previous arrangement. 1 person per night: 39 EUR, 2 people per night: 49 EUR, 3 people per night: 55 EUR, up to 3 overnight stays: 5 EUR extra per night. Prices include bed linen, towels, utilities, VAT, bed tax, and final cleaning.
