Mit dem Auto: Autobahnausfahrt Freiburg Mitte - Stadtmitte/Hauptbahnhof. Von der B3 bzw. B31 Richtung Hauptbahnhof - am HBF rechts in die Eisenbahnstraße - nach 100 m links in die Poststraße zu uns Parkgelegenheit in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Informationen und Tickets erhalten Sie an der Hotel-Rezeption. Mit der Bahn: Vom Ausgang des Hauptbahnhofes gehen Sie direkt gegenüber in die Eisenbahnstraße - nach 100 m links in die Poststraße zum Hotel.

Differing cancellation conditions

Without cancellation fees, a reservation can be cancelled until 18:00 the day before arrival. In case of cancellation after that time, the full price (minus 10%) of at least one night's stay must be paid. For stays of more than one day, cancellation must be made 1 day before early departure in each case. Cancellation must be made in writing or verbally. An early departure without notice will not be accepted as cancellation. In this case, the full price will be charged for the last night. Special written agreements are excluded from this condition.
