The beautiful, bright 2.5 room apartment with 65 sqm of living space is located in the quiet district "Freiburg-Mooswald", in a quiet side street. In a few minutes walk you will reach the “Seepark” area - a well-known recreation area with beautiful lake, beer garden, cafes, restaurant, children's playground, mini golf, boat rentals and various sports facilities. A weekly market with seasonal offers and other restaurants, banks and shops for daily needs are also just minutes away by foot.
Freiburg's famous pedestrian zone and the beautiful historic city center, can - thanks to excellent tram connections - be reached in about 8 - 10 minutes. Bus No. 10 takes you in about 12 minutes directly to the “Siegesdenkmal” right on the beginning of the pedestrian street “Kaiser Joseph-Straße” in the center of Freiburg. The bus/tram stop are only a short walk away. The apartment is also in easy reach of the University Hospital of Freiburg, the Freiburg Diakoniekrankenhaus, the Fraunhofer Institute or “Messegelände Freiburg”.
The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor and was completely renovated in May 2013, as well as high quality and tastefully decorated. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The charming living room with old fireplace and large windows facing a private garden, offers a comfortable bed sofa, arm chair, table, and modern flat screen TV. The cozy bright master bedroom has a double bed, two chests of drawers and also a flat screen TV. In the dressing room there is a large wardrobe and other accommodation options for luggage. A comfortable day-bed can be used for a fifth person if necessary. The bright bathroom with large window has a shower/bath tub, toilet and wash basin and heated towel rail. The large modern kitchen has all the amenities one would also wish for on holiday: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster. Of course, there is also crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans in it. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace facing the courtyard (direct access from the kitchen) or a glass of wine on a separate patio with direct access from the master bedroom.
All rooms are equipped with high-quality laminate flooring and tile floors. Of course, there is also a car park available. Families with children or business travelers will find an exclusive home on time.
Please note, that a security deposit of € 100 will be demanded at the beginning of your stay. It will be refunded when no damages occurred.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival between 3pm and 6pm if possible.
Please contact your host to inform him about your approximated time of arrival or in case of delays.
Departure time 11am.

Auf der A5 kommend bitte die Ausfahrt 62 Freiburg-Mitte Richtung Freiburg Titisee/Neustadt (B31a).
Ausfahrt Richtung Freiburg-Landwasser/Freiburg-Betzenhausen auf der Besanconallee.Weiter auf der Paduaallee Ausfahrt Richtung Mooswald(Unikliniken). Nun sind Sie auf der Elsässer Straße.
Hier biegen Sie bitte die 7te Straße rechts ab und haben "Am Lusbuehl"
erreicht. Das Haus liegt auf der rechten Seite gegenüber der Spielwiese. Sie sehen eine Doppelgarage mit Carport. Ihren PKW können Sie direkt in der Einfahrt vor den adretten Müllhäuschen parken.Die Eingangstüre zu Ihrer Ferienwohnung befindet sich rechts vor dem gebogenen Gartentor.

Differing cancellation conditions

until the 45. day prior arrival 10%, at least 25Euro; until the 30. day prior arrival 25%;until the 22. day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.
