Das Appartement im Freiburger Stadtteil Lehen ist sehr günstig gelegen: ganz in der Nähe befinden sich die neue Messe, das Uniklinikum, das Seeparkgelände, ein Hallenbad sowie sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Stadtmitte nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
