Description

This apartment features a shared open terrace for your outdoor relaxation. Moreover, there is a sauna that is accessible for 3-hour sessions (for a fee). The property is situated within walking distance of a bakery and a café. The old town of Freiburg is approx. 12 km away, Europa-Park in Rust is around 30 km away, and Basel is 70 km away. EuroAirport is approx. 76 km from the property. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that the city of Freiburg charges an accommodation tax of 5%, which must be paid to the host on site. A washing and drying service is available (for a fee). After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please contact your host in advance to inform him about your approximated time of arrival, especially in case guests will arrive after 6 pm.
The earliest check-in time is 3 pm; the latest check-in time must be discussed in advance. Latest check-out time is 11 am. The key is to be turned in and the apartment cleanly swept on the day of departure. Any trash is to be disposed of in the appropriate containers outside the house.

Directions

By car from the north: A5 Karlsruhe-Basel, exit “Freiburg Nord”, Hieberainle road starts at the Hochdorf town entrance. The house is located on the right-hand side. By car from the south or east: Take B31a towards Umkirch until you reach the exit “March”, then turn right towards Hugstetten. Turn right towards Freiburg at the end of the road. After about 200 m, turn left towards Hochdorf. At the first junction, turn left onto Hieberainle road. House no. 23 is located on the left. Arrival by public transport: From Freiburg Main Station, (1.) take tram line 1 towards Landwasser. At the final stop (Moosweiher), switch over to bus line 36 towards Hochdorf and get off at the stop “Zum Roten Stein”. (2.) Take the Breisgau s-bahn to Hugstetten station and use our complemtary pick-up service (must be arranged prior to arrival).

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The hosts would like to point out to their guests that they are obliged by the City of Freiburg to charge the local accommodation tax of 5 percent on the overnight price to the guests. This tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately on site.
