The apartment is situated in the immediate vicinity of 3 lakes, with a streetcar stop just 200 m away. A new SC stadium can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes. Recommended destinations include Mundenhof (2 km from the property), Kaiserstuhl (an animal park and recreational area 20 km away), Badeparadies-Schwarzwald (a water park and recreational complex, also 20 km away), Europa-Park (45 km), and Strasbourg (60 km). A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 10 pm). The property is situated on the 2nd floor and is accessed via two staircases. There is a terrace one staircase down. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste. More information is provided on site.
