Welcome,
in our beautiful, modern apartment in Freiburg-Kappel. The house was completely renovated in 2010.
You want to be in the country, yet close to the city of Freiburg. You enter the Black Forest for hiking, biking, jogging, nordic walking, winter sports, etc. directly from home. Ideally situated as a starting point for short trips, whether in the Black Forest, the Markgräflerland, the Kaiserstuhl, the Alsace or Switzerland.
Our stylish apartment is located in the eastern district of Freiburg, on a hillside (440 m). The home is located overlooking the Dreisamtal.
An 18 hole golf course is 2 km away. Various horse ridings are available in the near vicinity. Two large outdoor pools are about 3 km.
Freiburg's city center can be reached by car through the city tunnel in 15 minutes, by bike in about 20 minutes by bus and tram in 30 minutes.
The modern holiday appartment is at ground level overlooking the countryside. A large sun terrace with garden is waiting for you.
The apartment has a separate entrance and a parking lot in front of the house.
The living area is about 45 square meters and is a non smoking apartment, ideal for 2 people, maximum 4 people.
The two rooms are located in the basement with a living / dining room. The bedroom is adjacent to a small dressing room and the bathroom. All rooms have floor heating.
The new kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove (hob), cooker, coffee machine (pads), electric kettle, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed is 180 x 200, bed linen is provided.
The living room has a sofa (comfortable sofa pull-out, easy chair, reading lamp) and a dining area (table, 4 chairs). The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, towels and hair dryer.
A washing machine is available for joint use.
Outside there is a parking lot, 35 sqm terrace, garden furniture, lawn
For entertainment there is a TV, stereo, internet access / W-LAN.
Various tourist information material, Hiking-/Bikemaps, MTB Garage + Workshop use (guided tours on request) are available.
Pets are not allowed.

Directions

Directions by car:
A5 Karlsruhe-Basel, exit 62 take Freiburg Mitte, direction Freiburg /
Titisee-Neustadt, continue on B31 Altstadt/B31/Titisee-Neustadt/Todtnau/Donaueschingen, drive through the tunnel, exit FR-Kappel / FR-Littenweiler.
Keep left at the fork, follow signs to Kappel, in the Kappler Str./L121 turn right on the L121, right-Station street. At the firestation right into the "Schulerdobel", go up to the end, then left in the street to the corner of Peterberg/ Siegelsbach road. Then boot up alittle prick, after 5 meters left in the driveway at Petersbergenstraße 22.
By public transport:
Freiburg train station, tram line 1 to terminus Laßbergstraße, then bus line 17 towards Kappel, stop Schulerdobel, in Pfaffengrund stair climb.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. Should a visitors’ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
