Not far from the center of Freiburg, nestled in the natural setting of the Dreisamtal, lies our family-run 4 * hotel. Enjoy Black Forest hospitality that blends the traditional and the modern. The Hotel Schwärs Löwen is the ideal starting point for countless activities around the Black Forest, Alsace and the Markgräflerland region. Our 50 comfortable rooms come with private bathroom, shower and WC, a desk, phone, cable TV, radio/alarm clock and some come with a south-facing balcony with panoramic views. Our extensive breakfast buffet awaits you, where you can help yourself to your heart's content to set the mood for a beautiful day.

Directions

By car from highway A5: Take the Freiburg Mitte exit towards Freiburg. Follow Hauptstrasse (B31) towards Donaueschingen/Titisee-Neustadt for about 10 km, through the 2 city tunnels to the Kappel/Littenweiler exit. Make a left turn and you will find us 200 meters on the right. By car from the Black Forest (B31): Take B31 toward Freiburg, to the Kappel/Littenweiler exit. Make a left turn and you will find us 200 meters on the right. By train: Arrival Freiburg central station. From the tracks take an escalator up to the tram stop. Take Line 1 (toward Littenweiler) and get off at the last stop Laßbergstr. From here take bus Line 17 (toward Kappel) (ticket is also valid for the bus). Get off at the Hotel Löwen bus stop (directly in front of the hotel).

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
