30 km/h pedestrian priority zone in the Stühlinger district with good infrastructure close to the Freiburg city center. The vacation apartments are located on the ground floor (south-facing) in a building with extraordinary architecture, built in 2006. Only limited parking spaces are available in the public area. Upon request, the garage in the building can be rented for a daily rate of EUR 8.00.

By car: Highway exit Freiburg-Mitte. Drive toward Freiburg/Titisee-Neustadt. Continue on B31a. Take the exit towards FR-Stühlinger/FR-Heslach. Turn left at Eschholzstraße, then turn right on Ferdinand-Weiß-Straße. By public transportation: Freiburg central station, from here the apartments are about a 500 m walk away. Or take the bus or tram.

Important payment information and other conditions

The city of Freiburg has been charging an overnight accommodation tax of 5% of the overnight prices for adult private travelers since January 1, 2014. The prices listed are exclusive of this tax. For more information go to www.freiburg.de/steuer (only available in German). Payment type: bank transfer. Unfortunately, payment by card is not possible. The prices include value added tax. The tax can be indicated separately. Final cleaning is included in the prices. A prepayment of EUR 150.00 must be made within one week of concluding the contract. The remaining rental fee is due two weeks before the start of the rental.
