Alle Zimmer sind mit einem französisches Bett (Maße 150x200 cm) ausgestattet. Außerdem sind ein Kabel-TV, Direktwahltelefon und ein Radio vorhanden. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und WC. Ein Bademantel und Badeschuhe können auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Directions
Arriving by car: Motorway A5 Frankfurt/Basel: Exit the A5 at the "Freiburg-Mitte" junction and follow the B31a towards Freiburg, Titisee-Neustadt, Donaueschingen. Once in the city, follow the Freiburg parking guidance system signs "Parkzone Altstadt" to Parkhaus Schlossberggarage. Cross over the Dreisam River. After approximately 100 m, turn left at the "Schwabentor" into the pedestrian zone. After 50 m, you'll see the Roten Bären on your left. State road B31 (Black Forest and Lake Constance): Follow the B31, which feeds into Schwarzwaldstraße once inside city limits. The Freiburg parking guidance system signs "Parkzone Altstadt" will lead you along Schlossbergring to the "Schwabentor". Drive through the gate into the pedestrian zone. After 50 m, you'll see the Röten Bären on your left. Parking options: You may briefly park your car opposite the hotel to load and unload your luggage. We'll be happy to show you the way to our hotel parking garage (5 parking spaces available; 12 EUR per day; reservations recommended) or to the nearby public Schlossberg Parking Garage. Freiburg has been classified as an environmental zone since January 1, 2010. The Hotel Zum Roten Bären is located within this zone; only cars with a valid red, yellow or green environmental sticker (attached to the windshield) may drive here. This applies to all cars, buses, RVs, and trucks. For more information, please visit www.freiburg.de/umweltzone or www.umwelt-plakette.de. We are happy to assist you with further questions at any time. Arrival by train: Freiburg Main Station is about 1 km away from the hotel. Taxis are available in front of the station. You can also reach us with the tram line 1 towards Littenweiler. From "Bahnhofsbrücke", take the tram three stops until you reach "Oberlinden". Tickets can be bought from ticket machines inside the tram (single ticket 2.10 EUR). Arrival by plane: The Euro-Airport Basel-Mulhouse- Freiburg is 60 km away. Guests can travel to Freiburg by taxi or with the hourly transfer service SBG-AirBus to Freiburg Main Station (takes approximately 50 minutes).
Differing cancellation conditions
The hotel reserves the right to require a deposit and will contact you directly in such cases. For bookings for the SSIEM Congress 30th of August until 05th of September 2020 the terms and conditions are as follows: Cancellation free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival (6 p.m. destination time). Later cancellation will be charged with 90% of total amount.
