Stylish city apartment with southern-facing balcony and underground parking garage. Price: 55 EUR per night for 1-2 people. A reduced price of 48 EUR per night is applied to the entire length of the stay for bookings of 7 nights or more. Minimum stay is 3 nights. The parking space in the garage can be optionally booked for 5 EUR per night (or 4 EUR per night for stays lasting 7 nights or more). Check-in and check-out regulation

Guests can check into ZimmerFREIburg as of 3 pm on the day of arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, ZimmerFREIburg must be vacated and the key turned in to the landlord by 10 am on the day of departure. The tenant is asked to inform the landlord of their approximate arrival time no later than 24 hours in advance.

Differing cancellation conditions

Bis zum 45. Tag vor Reiseantritt 10%, mindestens EUR 25,00; bis zum 30. Tag vor Reiseantritt 25%; bis zum 22. Tag vor Reiseantritt 50%; danach 80%; bei Nichtantritt der Reise 90%.
