A narrow staircase leads to the sleeping area with a comfortable mattress and a bedside table lamp. The dining area has a dining table, a wardrobe and a cabinet with books available. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hot plates (electric), a refrigerator with freezer, kettle, microwave, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin with a large mirror. Towels are available. Comfortable chairs on the balcony invite you to sit outside.

Description

The 30 sq.m apartment is located centrally, between theater, university, concert hall, train station and city center, in the heart of the cultural and university city of Freiburg. The very bright and well equipped apartment has high ceilings and is located on the first floor of a four-storey building with a nice balcony. The loft bed can be reached via a narrow wooden staircase. The kitchen and the bathroom have been completely refurbished. There is a large closet. The entire building underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2007 with new windows and new exterior. An extentable sofa can be comfortably used as a pull-out sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) for up to three adults. The main train station and the city can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The city theatre, the concert hall and the university of Freiburg are located just in striking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants in Freiburg invite you to go out. There is a family-run bakery with a small cafe opposite the house, and a supermarket located just nearby. There are several parking garages with low daily rates available. Daily rates for residents of the apartment are available at 10 EUR/ day. If requested you can get sent information about the parking guidance system of the city of Freiburg. The total rental price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Check-in and check-out regulation

The key can be picked up on weekdays between 7.30am and 5pm at our offices Mühlbach Gruhler & colleagues, Tennenbacher Str. 11, 79106 Freiburg. The documents and the key will be ready for you. Please always contact the landlord before your arrival to arrange the key collection. The invoice will be paid in cash on arrival.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
