Skatepark in Dietenbachpark
The skatepark in Dietenbachpark is one of the largest and most modern skate parks in Germany. The entire skate area of the skatepark is 2,400 square meters and is equipped with lots of different skate elements, slip edges, pelvic rim stones and skate railings.
On the generous area in the middle of the beautiful Dietenbachpark, both professional and beginners will get their money’s worth. The park has specially built skate elements with different levels of difficulty. The highlight of the park is the replica of the famous Arto Saari Bowl from California, which could be implemented to scale. This is a rounded swimming pool, also called a backyard pool. Modern skating has its origins in such backyard pools. In 2015, the skate park in Dietenbachpark was built by the commitment of the council and the support of the Eugen-Martin-Foundation at the request of the Skatement initiative. Afterwards, the initiative continued supporting the expansion of the skatepark, which was finally implemented in 2020. See for yourself and visit one of the largest and most advanced parks in Germany.
Please respect the visitor rules and enter the skatepark only by day and during dry weather conditions.
